Skustack Settings Overview Skustack offers a variety of settings that can be customized on your device, which can significantly improve your operational workflows. The Settings are located within Skustack’s Main Menu tab and are divided into several categories
Bin Barcodes Bin barcodes, also referred to as location labels, help improve the accuracy and speed of your inventory management operations. Bin barcodes can be printed from either your handheld Skustack device or the Skustack Admin and are used to scan bins when adding products and quantities to them.
Manage Warehouse Bins In this article, you will learn how to manage and update bin information through Skustack. Accurately recording the details of each bin enables you to determine the most efficient layout and arrangement of goods. This ensures that the available space is utilized effectively, allowing you to maximize storage capacity.
FBA Inbound PickList Module The FBA Inbound PickList module is located within Skustack’s Fulfillment tab. In this module, you can pick units for your FBA Inbound Shipments. You can search for FBA Shipments in one of four modes.
Kit Assembly Work Orders Kit assembly refers to the process of transferring quantities of a kit component to a kit parent. Kit assembly work orders, on the other hand, serve as comprehensive guidelines for the assembly process, providing clear “how-to” instructions to warehouse users.
Warehouse Regions Regions within a warehouse refer to physical areas or sections that are designated for specific purposes such as storage, packing, shipping, or receiving. Warehouse regions or zones can be differentiated based on various factors such as product type, size, weight, or demand.
Product Bins The product bins page in Skustack allow you to easily access and view all bins associated with a particular product. A bin becomes associated when the product is initially added to it. By default, it retains the association even if the product’s inventory in the bin is zero.
Kit Based Module The Kit Based module is located within Skustack’s Picking tab. Kit based picking streamlines the complicated process of picking non-packaged kits. This module will provide the warehouse staff with everything they need to pick items.
Order Based Module The Order Based picking module is located within Skustack’s Picking tab. Order based picking enables you to pick items on a picklist, order by order. This is an effective workflow for orders with multiple items, as the items can be picked and grouped together by the warehouse picker for packing.

Picklist Order Labels Picklist Orders Labels verify that an order has been picked. There are 2 types of picklist order labels: The main difference between Label One and Label Two is that Label Two prints out the SKU while Label One doesn’t.
Kitting Module The Kitting module is located within Skustack’s Products tab and enables you to assemble or disassemble independent kits. Seamlessly package items together or break them down into individual components, ready for sale and shipment.
FBA 2D Barcodes FBA 2D barcodes are used to ensure that products are accurately tracked and inventoried within Amazon’s fulfillment centers, making it easier for sellers to manage their inventory and for Amazon to ensure that the correct product is shipped to the customer. You can easily print FBA 2D Barcodes directly from Skustack.
FBAInbound BoxContent Module The FBAInbound BoxContent module is located within Skustack’s Fulfillment tab. This module allows you to view and edit FBA shipping boxes in FBA Shipments by scanning the package.
Error Log The Error Log feature helps our developers troubleshoot and resolve issues with the Skustack application. In Skustack, you have two convenient options for sending error logs: send the current log and send a selected logfile from a specific period/date in the past.
Bin Cycle Counts Accurate inventory count is crucial for any warehouse operations, and one key aspect of this is conducting regular cycle counts. Skustack’s Bin Cycle Count can simplify this process by allowing you to scan bins and generate audit reports that highlight count discrepancies.
Manage Replacement Products Replacement products refer to items that are used as substitutes for another item that is currently out of stock or unavailable. These products are used to fulfill customer orders and maintain inventory levels until the original product becomes available again.

Product Based Module The Product Based module is located within Skustack’s PickList tab. Product-based picking lets you easily pick all units on a PickList and is an effective workflow for single-item orders. There are two modes for searching products.

Order Details The Order Details module is located under the Order tab. You can easily look through order details like Order, Payment, Shipping, and Picking Status directly from Skustack.
Removals Module The FBA Removals module is located within Skustack’s Fulfillment tab. This module makes it easy to receive your FBA returns back into your warehouse. You can search for FBA Removals in one of four modes.
