Exporting bin data to a spreadsheet lets you effectively analyze your current warehouse layout, optimize space utilization, and identify bins with low inventory. The Skustack Admin portal lets you export bin data either individually or in bulk.

Accurate inventory count is crucial for any warehouse operations, and one key aspect of this is conducting regular cycle counts. Skustack’s Bin Cycle Count can simplify this process by allowing you to scan bins and generate audit reports that highlight count discrepancies.

Bin barcodes, also referred to as location labels, help improve the accuracy and speed of your inventory management operations. Bin barcodes can be printed from either your handheld Skustack device or the Skustack Admin and are used to scan bins when adding products and quantities to them.

Regions within a warehouse refer to physical areas or sections that are designated for specific purposes such as storage, packing, shipping, or receiving. Warehouse regions or zones can be differentiated based on various factors such as product type, size, weight, or demand.

The product bins page in Skustack allow you to easily access and view all bins associated with a particular product. A bin becomes associated when the product is initially added to it. By default, it retains the association even if the product’s inventory in the bin is zero.

The Restock Bins module is located within Skustack’s Bin tab and allows you to easily search for existing Restock Lists or create new ones, monitor their progress, and more. If there isn’t enough inventory in your primary bins, you can create a Restock List to replenish your primary areas with quantity from non-primary bins.

Importing warehouse bin information enables you to adjust bin quantities for multiple SKUs simultaneously. Rather than manually updating each SKU, you can make the necessary adjustments in a spreadsheet and easily import the file into the Skustack Admin portal to apply the changes.
