Understanding Skustack devices

This article is specific to adding a Skustack device in Sellercloud’s Alpha interface. In our new Delta interface, your Skustack and Sellercloud accounts will automatically sync. Simply log in on the Skustack App using your Sellercloud team name, login credentials, and server URL.

Skustack can be set on multiple devices. They will all sync with your Sellercloud server in real-time.

Registering a new device

There are two ways to register a new device (Client Admin role required):

  • From the Sellercloud website:
    1. Go to the Settings tab in Sellercloud.
    2. Click on Skustack Devices from the top menu.
    3. Add the device ID to the list.
      • All device IDs that have logged into Skustack should be auto-populated. However, you can get the ID from Skustack under Settings >Skustack Devices > DeviceID.
      • If you are already logged in to Skustack, when you start typing your device ID it will appear as an option for you to select.

        Adding devices in Sellercloud

  • From Skustack:
    • If the device is not registered, you will be prompted to register.
    • Or, you can go to Settings > DeviceID, click on the ID, and a window will open prompting you to register.Register device in Skustack
If your device is not registered, you can log in to Skustack, but no functionality will be available.
